Stirred up some yeast but it's still tasty. I really like the dryness it has to it.

Sure looks tasty!
Any modifications, or the posted recipe?

I made a double recipe, (10 gallons in two carboys) of this two weeks ago and bottled half of it today.

I boiled the 4 lbs. of DME and tried to eyeball it the best I could while mixing it into the 2 five gallon carboys but did a pretty bad job. One of the carboys got way more malt than the other and it is still fermenting like crazy. The other one had some krausen for a few days but nothing major and I decided to bottle it today. I tasted some and it tasted tart/sour and I'm hoping that goes away with some time in the bottle.

This recipe is pretty tart. That aspect sort of sticks around as you are fermenting all the sugar out of the juice.
