Got some barrels Nano brewery?

Well gents I got 8, 40 gallon SS maple syrup barrels, Couldn't pass the up the deal... Thinking of making a E herms Using the other 5 barrels for fermenting.

If anyone has any experience with E HERMS. 1BBL brewery any input will be appreciated

And I know that someone will say. " why do you need to make 1bbl of beer at time, thats ridiculous"

I want to make 1 barrel of beer at a time, because I can

Are the barrel bottoms rolled on? My neighbor brews with them and they tend to leak. Not too much, just enough to make a mess during fermentation. Is there a way you can seal the bottoms?

Do you have your heating plans lined up yet? I'm interested in following the progression of your project!
