There are two different versions floating around of this one. One in Radical Brewing and one in Brewing Better Beer. I figured the one in Brewing Better Beer is probably the more recent (and his preferred) recipe, since it was published more recently. Just thought I would double check, though.

On a side note, I don't have WLP002 on hand and was thinking of using WLP007 instead and bumping up the mash from 150 to about 154 to compensate for the extra attenuation. Is this a good way to be thrifty or should I just shell out the $7.50 for yeast?
