Hi All,
This is my first post and I am a fairly new brewer (50 gallons brewed). I absolutely love Heady Topper and have seen three different recipes and picked out what I liked from them and put them into this version. Please let me know if this looks good or you think there's something I can improve on. Thanks!

Ingredients:
13 lb Pearl 2.1
0.5 lb Caravienne 22
0.25 lb Crystal 120 120
0.5 lb Cara Red 20
1 lb Corn Sugar 0
15.25 lb Total Grains

2 packets Conan Yeast
1 oz Magnum 13%-15% 60 min
1 oz Simcoe 12%-14% 30 min
1 oz Simcoe 12%-14% 5 min
1 oz Amarillo 8%-9% 5 min
1 oz Centennial 8%-11.5% 5 min
1 oz Simcoe 12%-14% hopstand for 30 minutes
1 oz Amarillo 8%-9% hopstand for 30 minutes
1 oz Centennial 8%-11.5% hopstand for 30 minutes
1.5 oz Simcoe 12%-14% Dry Hop - 10 Days
1.5 oz Amarillo 8%-9% Dry Hop - 10 Days
1.5 oz Centennial 8%-11.5% Dry Hop - 10 Days
1 oz Simcoe 12%-14% Dry Hop - 5 Days
1 oz Bullion 6.5%-9% Dry Hop - 5 Days
14.5 oz Total Hops

Mash at 154 for 60 minutes
Add 1 lbs of corn sugar to at start of boil
Add 1oz Magnum @ 60 min
Add 1oz Simcoe @ 30 min
Add 1oz Simcoe @ 5 min
Add 1oz Amarillo @ 5 min
Add 1oz Centennial @ 5 min
Add 1oz Simcoe @ hopstand for 30 minutes
Add 1oz Amarillo @ hopstand for 30 minutes
Add 1oz Centennial @ hopstand for 30 minutes
After 30 minute hopstand, chill wort to 68F and pitch yeast
Let ferment for 2 weeks in primary fermenter
After reaching final gravity add first round of dry hops to primary fermenter for 10 days
After 10 days transfer to secondary fermenter and add second round of hops for 5 days
After 5 days bottle/keg your beer
 
the brewer says he dry hops for 4 days only. I just made (almost) the clone in BYO, am finishing up the second dry hop. It smells like straight ruby red grapefruit and pine.
