Good Deal?

hey i was wondering if you all grain guys would look at this craigslist post and tell me if it is a good deal for getting an all grain set up. Any input would be great. If you live in the seattle area, i saw it first

Dude, I'd go for it. 3 keggles all ready to go, 2 burners, wort chiller, 2 false bottoms, 2 propane tanks and "misc supplies.....

And you could probably talk him down a little bit from 175$. Offer him 150$ and see if he takes it. But do it fast as I'm sure there are others in Seattle who have seen that same ad!
