I've seen these little guys before and I think they are good guys... I get aphids every year and I think they're eating them. I hope so at least!

I also bought some green lacewings this year and I'm not sure if these are mature ones or not...

I’m pretty sure that’s an early stage of a lady bug. I’m gonna say good bug!
 
Are you sure? I've seen these little dudes in years past and they continue to look like that through the summer, only getting bigger and bigger. If that's a future lady bug that's news to me!
 
Nevermind! Just googled that and you're spot on! Thank you! Their eggs are tiny little yellow balls... We want these guys on our hops!
