This was a leftovers beer that turned into a house favorite..
2x 3.3lb Golden Light LME
.5oz Hallertau (Pellets)
.5oz Northern Brewer (Pellets)
WLP570 White Labs Belgian Golden Ale Yeast
3oz Corn Sugar
Boil hops for 45 minutes and top up to 3.5 gallons. Rack after a week. After fermentation is complete use 2.5oz corn sugar to carb and bottle.
