Everything on point & absolutely delicious. Rye, hops, body, crisp.
Enjoyed most of this batch pretty early, good stuff, but just cracked open some stragglers after aging them in bottles at room temp for 2.5 months and it's now one of the best beers I've ever made. Go figure.

Golden Promise Malt 60%
Rye Malt 24%
White Wheat Malt 8%
Crystal 80 4%
Rice Hulls 4%

0.25 oz Columbus, first wort
0.5 oz Columbus, 60 min
0.25 oz First Gold, 10 min
0.25 oz First Gold, 5 min
0.5 First Gold, flameout
1 oz First Gold, dry hop

0.5 tsp Irish Moss, 10 min

Mash 60 min at 150F

Acidify both mash and sparge water for pH of 5.4.
