It been a couple weeks since the last time i brew ( moved in to a new house ) so i think i am going to brew tomorrow. I have a couple kit laying around a Brown Porter and, South by southwheat both from AHS. I was thinking about the Brown porter. Has anyone used this kit before. Going to make a started to day around 5 and then brew tomorrow at 5 so the starter will have a good 24hr to do its thing
