Going on 3rd Year Hops. I need help on what to do.

I have a Chinook going on its 3rd year now. i was wondering what to do with it now. Ive read to cut the first growth. Do i cut down all of them or just a couple?
Also I have a Cascade Pictured in Pot thats 1yrs old and i have 6 new cascades about a month old in pots. I have a spot to put them. My question is
Do i transplant them 3ft apart or 1.5ft apart. Also since they are very small except the 1yr old do i need to put up posts?

I am a little confused with the Chinook, but the cascade can go in the ground around 2-3 ft. intervals since they are the same variety. Hope it helps.
