Going Mobile

My obsession continues. My rig is mobile with a wide variety of options and three different systems. I'll post the pictures and follow with comments. I am rewiring parts and have a burner to install but its 99

% done.

I have also added a tipping 5 gallong kettle that us use with a sous vide. I will post photos later.

That thing is bananas wild! I'm guessing it's all gas fired? Or is it a dualie(gas/electric)?
