Does anyone know how to brew, or have good recipes for gluten free beer?
Does anyone know how to utilize grains like amaranth, buckwheat, quinoa, millet or just rice? Any resources or thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.
What David means is there are a lot of threads on here on that topic,including recipes.
First scroll down to the related threads box below, you will find a handful.
And after that is you search "gluten free" you will find more...in fact I believe there is a current thread with a gluten free recipe discussion floating around in this very section over the last day or so.
I was being lazy. I'm working on a sorghum-based GF IPA and a GF stout/porter recipe. Leaning towards roasting oatmeal for the latter. I'll probably use some sugar to dry out the IPA. If the recipes work, I'll post them.
