Glass froster

I have a farm with a Barn that has been turned into a low budget man cave. One of my partners bought a Glass Froster (Perlick FR48SS) thinking it was an undercounter beer cooler. Can we use one of the temp controllers to regulate the temps on this to keep it above 32 F? The thermostat is a -10 to 10 F from what I see.

I don't see why you couldn't. Many of us use temp controllers on freezers, designed to stay that cold. I keep a chest freezer, made to be kept between 0 and -10, at anywhere from 34F to 68F.

Haha, for sure. Just playin around. But in any case you should absolutely be able to use a temp controller on it.
