G'day all quick question been brewing ginger beer for awhile and love it it's great perfect 90% of the time but would love to get a bit more ginger flavor/ zap. Now do I put ginger in when I'm brewing it or when I put it in the keg. Also how much ginger would be enough that I don't kill it. Cheers guys

How are you doing it right now? I was planning to do a ginger beer by grinding the ginger, boiling for a couple minutes to sterilize it and extract the flavor, then add it to taste at bottling/kegging

Mate just from the can not adding anything yet I havnt really needed to cause it turns out great everytime but how you said it was how it was explained to me just thought a second opinion would be good cheers
