Soo im thinking of brewing a small batch (2.6 gallons) of ginger ale... basically i dont have the equipment for brewing biab yet.
so i was thinking of using LME.. since im a noob in brewing i have no clue how much i would need to get an ABV of 5 ++ %.
would using hopps make it interesting and tasty? and which hopps wold go well with ginger? and how much ginger would i need. and do i boil it with the LME? like 60 minutes before starting hopp schedule?
