I've been using an 11gal Bayou Classic kettle for BIAB - but have run into serious issues trying to do 10 gallon batches of imperial beers. I have to mash with only 60% of the water, top up, etc (NOT FUN).

So, I want to go big. I'm eyeing the 25gallon version of the same kettle, as the basket is really helpful for pulling up the grains. Any problems with this? I was thinking getting the 25 gal over the 20 gal as perhaps I could fit a 15 gallon batch of low gravity beer. What do you think? :mug:

Check out food service warehouse (http://www.foodservicewarehouse.com/update-international/apt-100/p4860.aspx) - I've had great luck with an update 60 quart. Excellent quality and for the 60 they sell the baskets.

All I can say is awsome. I use the 11 gal. Bayou classic too, can't imagine going bigger but I just do 5 gal. batches.

I pulled the trigger on it. Go big or go home. Not sure I can do a triple batch BIAB though, might just have to stick to the double batches

My theory is to go as big as you can when you can -I wish I had bigger than 15 gallon keggles. I doubt you will ever be dissatisfied with your 25 gallon beast.

Both the 100Q and 120Q pots look to have the same diameter, just slightly taller on the 120Q. That means they have pretty much the same boiloff rate.

If you have a burner that can keep the 120Q from dumping on the ground, do it.

Do you have a chain hoist or something? With large imperials, that's a ton of weight to lift out of the wort, even with the basket assisting.

Mate, It is better for you to buy Stainless Concord Pots. Its made with Stainless Steel. The price rate of this is much low as compared with all other quality brands. It has capacity that you need it.
