German Flag

So the German Flag, Gold Red and Black.

I'm thinking Hefe Altbier and Schwarzbier.

Gotta be more than a coincidence. Wonder how countries pick the colors for their flags.

The Belgian flag is the same colors (Tripel, Dubbel, Quad?).

Back in the day, you were only allowed a few different colors and you had to flip them to avoid duplication. Russia vs. France vs. Holland, Italy vs. Ireland, etc.
