I racked my Kolsch..ish into secondary (unusual for me) with gelatin, and then immediately cold crashed. BAD IDEA! I've had great success with both clearing methods, but when used together, I've got 5 gallons of perfectly cloudy beer in the fridge for 4 days now. I should have let the Gelatin do it's thing at room temp, then crashed before kegging.

That sucks. Seems like a good idea too. Maybe you could heat up your beer again to bring it back to the initial state and let the gelatin work like it's supposed to?

I am not expert, but have used gelatin with good results a number of times. Everytime I have done and everything I have read said to gold crash and then add the gelatin to the cold beer. Not sure if this is the problem here.
