I cold crashed, racked to keg and fully carbed while dry hopping in a muslin cloth. 1 weekend later and poured 3-4 pint and still, I got a lot of things in suspension, including hops particules.

Wondering if gelatin is still an option at this stage.

I also plan on removing the muslin while at it.

I asked this question yesterday to a professional brewer friend of mine. I kegged a dry hopped IPA 10 days ago and put it on CO2 immediately. I am not dry hopping in the keg however. I asked if I could still use gelatin to clear the beer and he says absolutely I can. I will add the gelatin tomorrow and report back in 4 days.

This is my standard practice most of the time. I use gelatin in the keg a lot. It will put all the sediment at the bottom of the keg so you will run off a cloudy pint the first time. Also if you move the keg around you will kick sic back up into suspension.
