Has anybody else swapped out the lid on their plastic fermentation bucket for a Gamma Seal Lid? I have had a beer in primary for about 36 hours now, seeing a lot of foam and smelling fermentation, yet the complete lack of activity in the fermentation lock leads me to believe that BYO magazine's advice on improving the airtight seal on my bucket has had quite the opposite effect...
