Tasting Notes
2 weeks: grapefruit/peach aroma and taste. Not bad.
FERMENTABLES:
17 lbs Pale Ale Malt (I BIAB so I upped the lbs, maybe too much)

HOPS:
.33 oz FWH
.6 oz 15 min.
1 oz 10 min.
1 oz 5 min.
1 oz 1 min.
2.07 oz hopstand
2 oz dry hop 7 days

Target mash: 150 for 60 mins.

This is my second all-grain batch, first using Galaxy, and my first recipe post to HBT. Still learning the ropes but enjoying the learning process with every 5 gallon batch.

Edit: bottled 10/13. Opened one last night, 10/24, and the grapefruit and peach aroma was strong (even attracted fruit flies in October, sick). Hazy but nice head and lacing. Taste is fruity with underlying bitterness from the fwh. Has a little spice/bite that might be from the higher abv. Definitely a neat hop experiment and I will certainly be making beers with galaxy again. I'll let the next bottle settle a little while longer and I think this may go quickly after that.
