When I mentioned to a new guy at work that I homebrewed, he told me that he used to own, "the largest microbrewery in the country." Since though that description sounded like "worlds tallest midget", I took it with a grain of salt.
Later when I brewed my first batch after getting a stir plate, I mentioned how quickly my fermentation had gotten underway. He asked me, "Did you rehydrate the yeast in a bowl of warm water first?" I couldn't help but think that he must have meant that he owned a microbakery.
