Full boil

Anyone do a full boil on a electric stove? I have a pot big enough to hit 2 burners boiling water right now to see how long it takes to get to temp.

Good luck. My stove can barely manage 4 gallons. Six would be pretty much impossible.

Wort and water boil at the same temp, so if you can do a "dry run", or "wet run" as it were, try boiling that much water. You'll have your answer without committing to brewing a beer.

So far going ok got it to 160 in 15 min started at 110

That's what I'm doing since my fermentors are full

Try it with just water and see.
If it's not happening, add a heat stick.

I should probably just install propane at my house since I'm a licensed plumber and all but I'm lazy lol

two pots, two burners, no problems.

I boil two gallons x 2 in less than a half hour.
