I am going to be brewing dark cherry stout and was questioning whether Im going to like the fruit extract flavoring. Ive never used it and have read some not so good things about it. Anyone use the extract and like it or should I just buy the Oregon Puree? Is one can of puree enough for 5 gallons of stout or do I need 2? I dont want the fruit flavoring to be too overpowering. Appreciate the help guys.

Has anyone experimented with juice produced from a "juicer"?

I've used cherry extract and didn't like it. I have not however used the puree.

On the other hand I used the blueberry extract, and had very favorable results!
