Ok ive made a great Stawberry Banana beer in the past but this time I wanted to experiment so I used two fresh bananas and a pound of stawberrys. Instead of doing it in second fermintation I decided to but it in the boil. I havnt been on these forums since july and really was just winging it. My question is has anyone had success using this method or did I just ruin a batch of beer? Im still boiling at this very moment so i'll prob stress it until its ready to drink. But what do you guys think?

Boiling strawberries releases the pectin so your beer could be hazy, but I'm not sure if it will affect the flavor.

Well as long as it doesnt hurt the taste or aroma ill be happy. Who knows maybe it will be great. Every time I experiment I stress out a bit. I hope someone has had success doing this.
