My next brew was delivered last night to my house and I didn't see it until this morning. So it spent the night outside in 15 degree weather. I was just wanting to know if my yeast will still be ok?
 
They will be fine, just make your starter a little bit bigger than normal. You can expect their viability to drop by about 10%.
 
Tonedef beat me to it, but he was right on the money. Mike and Chris White from White Labs say that yeast will mostly survive through freezing, but that you'll lose about 10% each time they freeze/thaw. Use a starter and everything will be fine. If you want to make your starter a little bigger than usual, it certainly won't hurt.
