Fridge for diy glycol chiller- evap coil in back wall

Looking to make a small glycol chiller, even have a free one offered to me. This is a more commercial style fridge, with no exposed evap coil up in the freezer area. Coil is in back wall it seems, with fan.
Anybody taken one of these apart ? Wondering what the prospects of success are here. Need to remove the fan obviously but are the coils in the back wall as assumed?

I believe that the back panel that the fan is attached to is the cooling element. It looks just like mine on my minifridge. It's really just kind of floating there and it's secured to the back wall of the fridge by a few screws. Or at least it is in mine...
