I searched for yeast washing info and found lots of good stuff, but the question i have is, is it OK to freeze the yeast that has been washed? I want to save some of this london ale yeast but i dont know if i will use it for another few weeks. Thanks.

I believe refrigerating the washed yeast will keep it for a few weeks.

As far as freezing goes, you need to add stuff to it to keep the water crystals from puncturing the yeast cell walls when it freezes. Although, I think I've seen where someone freezes it without doing anything to it, and has had good luck.

Check out this sticky, to learn about freezing it.
