Hello all,

I want to keep my yeasts for future use. Most of the ones I have are fine in the fridge I think as I will reuse them within 30 days, but there are some (Lambic, Kolsch) that I will wish to save for future use. I have read the Yeast can be frozen for long term storage. What is the best way to do this? Also when I want to thaw the yeast & reuse it how do I go about that?
Thanks in advance for the feedback!:) :)

search this forum for "freezing yeast". it has been discussed a few times, and I there are some pretty recent threads with good info in them.

brew on!
