Hey everyone.
I've just started my yeast bank and have had a successful brew from a frozen sample (though yet to keg, so we will see how flavor is impacted if I did it right)
My local shop is doing a pre order including some Brett. Was wondering if I should pick up a pack. I'm assuming I can propogate it the same as any yeast and freeze for later?
