I've been reading the plethora of threads of how people set up their side-by-side refrigerators.
Freezer side: kegs to serve
Fridge side: fermentation chamber

My questions are:

which side is the temperature sensor in (fridge or freezer)?
which side should be governing the temperature (fridge or freezer)?
my guess would be fridge - since the temperature of the fermentation chamber is much more crucial.
with that said, for example, if the temp prob was in the fridge (fermentation chamber), would i have a heating lamp/computer fan to heat the fridge side?
then to cool it down, i'd have the compressor in the freezer run, and a computer fan blowing from the freezer side to the fridge side?

i guess what i'm worried about is getting them to the right temperatures without either freezing the beer or making the beer too warm. what's the right combo?

2 fans and 1 heating element?
