Found a new style

I've tried a bunch of stouts but never found one that I liked. Was in the local brewpub, Millys tavern in Manchester nh and decided to try their Russian imperial and I'm glad I did. It is excellent. If anybody happens to be in the area stop in and have one. You won't be disappointed.

I bet it's a Russian Imperial Double Eagle Truffle. Just invented so we haven't heard of it yet.

Russian Imperial Stouts are great. Especially in the winter. I'm glad you found something new you like. Have you ever had Wee Heavy?

Just stouts in general I hadn't found a stout I liked. Now I did.

I discovered the Left Hand Brewing milk stout last month. Also the Chimay Grande Reserve. Now that's good!

Do yourself a favor and set aside at least half of it for a year. I made a barrel aged wee heavy last January. It was good at the 3 month mark, but now it is GREAT.
