  • Jolly Roger Robust Porter --- 7.5% ABV 49 IBU 33 SRM. Based on Heretic's Shallow Grave Porter. CTZ & Cascade hops.
  • Dancing Rabbit American Pale Ale --- 6.0% ABV 54 IBU 9 SRM. My own all-Citra APA. The previous version won 2nd place BoS in the 2021 War of the Worts. On one of the judges' recommendation, I added just a touch of C20 to sweeten it a hair. I can't decide if I liked it better without, but it's still a fine beer.
  • Sam's Tire American Amber Ale --- 6.9% ABV 39 IBU 12 SRM. This is a riff on Yooper's "Fat Sam," which she describes as sitting between a Fat Tire and a Sam Adams. I added a pound of Munich to her original recipe, and I think it turned out pretty nice. Centennial, Liberty, and Crystal hops.
  • Sammy the Middle Double IPA --- 8.9% ABV 188 IBU 6 SRM. Every homebrewer has to eventually attempt a Pliny the Elder clone. This is mine. I named it after my middle son, who loves the smell of hops when I'm brewing. Whole leaf Cascade in the mash. Magnum, Simcoe, CTZ, and Centennial in the boil. CTZ, Centennial, and Simcoe dry hop.
  • McCann Irish Stout --- 4.7% ABV 32 IBU 36 SRM. The ale of my forefathers. A dry stout just in time for St. Patrick's Day. Fuggle and Glacier hops.
