drank all of @DrGMG offerings and they were great. This was my favorite, a thiolozed pale ale. Thiolozed yeast can completely overshadow a beer but this was really well done and the increased thiols are present but reserved enough to allow other character in the beer shine through. Very pleasant Sauvignon blanc character. Well done.

Y'all. If you've never had @RCope's beers before you need to put him at the top of your pick list for the next round. Everything is flavorful and well-made. They all taste exactly as the style should. Just delightful!

I am waiting for my lager to finish bottle conditioning to ship, but it should be this weekend as most of the acetaldehyde (sp???) seems to be gone.
