Forum slow

It seems to me that this forum is running slow these last few days. It is slow
uploading topics etc.
None of my other forums have this trouble.

Is it only my 'puter or is anyone else experiencing it also?

It's because of the Internet link to Canada. It goes through Pierre's Internet Shack in Quebec and on to Newfoundland via dial up land lines to your provider.

Just kidding. It seem like it runs through BillyBob's shack here in Texas sometimes, but is working normal this morning.

Does the forum happen to run through Yahoo's servers? no wait....the forum would be completely down if that were the case!

It runs slower for me at work then at home. Cable internet in both locations, so I'm not sure if the servers are just busier at work.

The board automatically slows down everytime Cheese and Reverend log in due to excessive porn on their machines.

Seems fine now.
Every other site I visited was OK.

I found it extremely slow yesterday but it wasn't the forum itself, the google syndication (banner ads) queries were timing out for me.

I was getting database errors this morning. Seems fine now. I can never tell if it is this site or my spastic, craptastic, Comcastic internet.
