1 gallon batch

grain:
0.10 kg Flaked Oats
0.10 kg Toasted Malt
0.25 kg Marris Otter
0.25 kg White Wheat
0.25 kg Golden Promise

Crystal and Southern Cross to 50 IBU

Spices, will be strained out before fermentation:
4 cloves
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
20 juniper berries , crushed
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons orange rind

SCIENCE!!!!!

okay, seriously, what do you guys think?
 
Have you tried all of these ingredients in beer before? If so, how many of them have you tried together in the same brew? There's an awful lot going on in that recipe. You may want to think about doing a small 1 or 2 gallon batch of it to see how it turns out.

I personally am not a big fan of spiced beers, so that recipe scares the hell out of me.
