Last night I did a full boil and forgot to oxygenate before pitching the yeast. Its been about 16 hours, is there anything I can/should do at this point? Its not showing signs of fermentation as of yet.

This wont produce any off flavors? Should I just use a aeration stone for a bit?

If you have an aerator, then yes use it. You are likely to get off flavours if you have little dissolved oxygen in the wort and do nothing about it. Get it aerated good, and then give it a good shake to resuspend everything, and you should be OK.

If you haven't got any fermentation yet, or if it is very very mild, I would go ahead and aerate. You've had 16 hours for bacteria to get a hold and start to grow. You need the yeast to make a comeback fast. aerate it and hope for the best!

Everything should come out fine...
