Hey guys first post on here so I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area.

I'm doing my 3rd all grain batch today and while I was reading through the instructions prior to setting up and I notice my recipe calls for Irish moss or whirlfloc 45 mins into my 90 minute boil. Problem is that I don't have any and being Sunday nobody is open either. So my question is will I be ok without it or should I hold off till I have some.

Thanks in advance everyone!

You'll be fine, some prefer to use them to help settle cold break to keep the wort clear. it is not needed though, I don't use it and I know others on this forum don't either

For the first time brewing the last batch I forgot to add the Irish moss. The beer is not as clear as usual, but taste exactly the same. I'm completing even using it at all since I brew IPA's exclusively, and there not know for there clarity.

Used the last of my bottle year ago, never bought another, never noticed
