Ok so I brewed up a Belgian Blonde on Friday and hit my numbers exactly, except my OG. It is about 8-10 points too low. After just thinking it was a boiloff issue, I just realized I forgot to add the 1.2 lbs of sugar, CRAP! That will do it!

What should I do now, add the sugar when fermentation stops, or add it now, or what? Will this negatively affect the beer at all?

I would heat e sugar in a pint or two of water to 180 degrees to dissolve and pasteurize, then add it to the fermenting batch at high kreusen, or when fermentation is well under way. This is likely not an issue, your beer will be fine!
