Hey guys,
As of rite now i have 5gal of cider ferminting in the carboy. I was wondering if i can force CO2 carbonate cider the same way i force carbonate beer. transfer it to a 5gal keg and hook up the CO2 and let it go. Or is it better to carbonate useing priming sugar? if its better to use sugar how much should i use and how should i prepair it?
Thanks guys
