Any info will help. Also what is the best psi to leave my kegerator set on?

Assuming you kegerator is set somewhere between 40 & 45 F I'd set around 10 PSI for most styles which will give you 2.1 to 2.3 volumes of CO2. Adjust from there for preference.

As well as follow the chart here for the PSI at temperature (F) for the keg/brew...

Every style has it's own CO2 volumes range, which is at different PSI levels depending on the temperature of the brew (in the keg)...
