Hi all!
Question, do you think if I put my keg in my mash tun and filled my mash tun with snow, would it be too cold or would it keep it just cold enough to drive the co2 into solution?

Snow is pretty bad at heat transfer, but if you leave a keg in snow long enough, it will freeze.

Anyway, cold doesn't drive CO2 into solution. A fixed amount of CO2 will go into solution based on temp and pressure. You can force carb at room temp if you want. You'll just need to set the pressure to match your desired carb level based on that temp.
