Where do you get food grade CO2. I heard that the stuff from welding supply shops can have impurities in them and that food grade CO2 is better but i can't seem to find it anywhere...

Home brew store, liquor store, appliance store.

Oh and the dentists office too! Just kidding about the dentist one!!:)

And welding supply stores too!!!I was not sure on that one thanks david 42.

Not true. About the only place you might have to worry about getting impurities in your CO2 is a brewery. Most CO2 is manufactured and very pure.

Tell them it's for a home bar and they'll let you know whether or not to use it. Most places take pride in their offerings and want to make sure their customers are happy. Pick a reputable place (even if it's a few bucks more) and pay extra for the advice.

nice,
yeah this is a great topic, because I don't want to die from **** co2.

So that means you can force carbonate with good gas from a paintball shop?
