Well I finally got a keg system going. I am getting nothing but foam. I have tried to turn down the PSI to almost nothing and still nothing but foam...please help.

I carbed 4 days with the shake method had 5ft of line and nothing but foam.
Switched to 10ft of line 3/16" 3 days later and still nothing but foam.
Turned down to 4psi takes about 1min to fill a glass nice head of foam.
Tastes good so i don't think it has an infection or anything.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like it's over carbed.
Can you gice us some more details on your method.
I would pop the relief valve a few times a day for the next day or so. With 10ft 3/16" line 8-12psi shouldn't foam too much, unless it's over carbed.

I did purge it several times and then hooked up to 10psi. So if it's over carbed it will bleed of over time? Do I need to disconnect the Co2 for a couple days?

Disconnect the co2 for a day or so and bleed it off avert 3-4 hours. Re try in a day or so. If it's chilled to 40F enough CO2 should remain in solution to give moderate carb. I wouldn't worry about it going flat.
