OK..... I just got a response from the flying dog brewery with some details on the brew. As I said I have never had one so I tried to formulate a recipe based on my buddys input and the email from the company. Someone tell me what you think. Keep in mind this will be a 2.5 gallon batch done twice I think to keep the gravity up.

mash at 150 for 60 minutes
3.5 gallons to the boil pot
.75 oz warrior at 60 mins
.5 oz columbus at 15 mins
.5 oz cascade at 5 mins
DRY HOP .5 oz columbus and .5 oz cascade for 7 days
Pitch on an s-05 yeast cake or washed s-05
ferment at 64-65 degrees
OKAY anyone with experience with this beer I would appreciate any tips.
