You all have been helpful so far with my newbe questions, so here goes another. Just finished a wheat beer, DME, whole hops, and steeping grains.Added a whirlfloc tablet at the end. Finished the batch and while it was cooling I noticed some sort of sediment suspended in the wort. After I pitched the yeast and let the carboy set, seems like what ever it is has started to settle. Just weird, didn't do it with the last batch
