Mash at 152F.
Mash Volume 3.75
60 Min mash.

Batch sparge with enough 172F water to achieve a boil volume of 6.5 gal.

Looks very good, let us all know how this turns out! If I were to change anything it would be replace the carapils for white wheat.

Just tasted my first bottle of it yesterday. I was EXTREMELY please with my results. It starts off with a nice copper pour, and a surprisingly two finger rocky head that stays until the end. Hazy beer, but that is because I sucked out on chilling it lol. Malt flavor was there, will get better with a little practice, as this was my first all grain batch. A toasty, toffee malt backbone is present but the hops really shine through with powerful citrus notes and some pine. Very nice mouthfeel, easy to drink, slides across the palate. After taste is slightly sweet from the malt but mostly hoppy. Not overly bitter, the magnum was very clean. Nice rocky head with lacing all the way down.

Overall, I am very pleased. Although my mashing could have gone a little smoother, I got good flavor and decent color extraction. this beer is right where i want it for now, I am not going to adjust anything until i brew it a couple more times and get my equipment/techniques dialed in.
