I'm BACK. First brew day in since early January. Making an American Amber and have a question. I have a bottle of flavored vodka and want to use that instead of water for the airlock.

Do any of you see a problem with that? Will is cause any unusual flavor? I believe it is Three Olives Cherry.

I wouldn't, but only because if there is some sort of negative pressure it can get sucked back into the fermenter and my palate would probably hate it. It is likely not enough to even be detected, but I would worry about it.
