I've used rum for sanitizing vanilla beans. It's fantastic. It really imparts a nice subtle flavor. I believe the same would be true of flavored vodka. You'll never dump enough flavored vodka in your secondary to be overwhelming (well, I guess in theory you could, but you won't), so have some fun with it!
