This is my first sour, so anyone with experience I would love any pointers, opinions, or constructive criticism...

8# Pale 2 Row
2# Flaked Wheat
8oz Chocolate Wheat
1#8oz Clover Honey (straight to boil)
8oz Flaked Oats
8oz Rice Hulls

1oz Willamette @ 60 mins

Mashed @ 152 for 75 mins
batch sparged

WLP550 for five days @ 65
Racking to secondary and adding Roeselare with
1oz Oak Chips and a touch of bourbon
Plan on aging for one year (April of 2015)

Sounds interesting. Oak isn't traditional for an Oud Bruin...that's more along the lines of a Flanders Red. I wonder about the honey. My concern is it could result in a thin beer.

It's kind of been something I've gotten into, put at least some in a lot of my brews... hope it turns out ok.

My one recommendation would be to forgo the hops. Bitterness tends to clash with sour flavors, and alpha acids create a stressful emviroent for some bacteria.
